Best Days Labs LLC offers The Seminar Machine, a marketing training product designed to help users learn strategies, frameworks, and processes that may enhance their marketing efforts.
For purposes of these Terms & Conditions, “Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Best Days Labs LLC. “You” and “your” refer to any visitor, registrant, purchaser, customer, or user.
By accessing our websites, registering for a webinar, purchasing The Seminar Machine, accessing our training materials, or using our portals, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

The Seminar Machine is an educational marketing training product. It currently includes recorded training, weekly live Q&A calls, and written training materials.
The specific features, format, schedule, content, bonuses, access periods, and delivery methods may change from time to time.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, purchase of The Seminar Machine includes access for one person for 12 months from the date access is granted.
The Seminar Machine is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is designed to teach marketing concepts, frameworks, strategies, and implementation ideas.
We do not guarantee any specific business, marketing, financial, client-acquisition, appointment, revenue, profit, conversion, return on investment, or other result.
Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, audience, offer, reputation, budget, list quality, advertising quality, implementation, follow-up process, sales ability, team capacity, professional restrictions, and other business conditions.
The Seminar Machine does not provide legal, tax, investment, accounting, regulatory, or other professional advice. You are responsible for determining whether any strategy, script, template, communication, advertisement, or process is appropriate for your business and permitted under any rules, regulations, contracts, policies, or professional obligations that apply to you.
By using our websites or purchasing our products, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms & Conditions. Our websites and products are not directed to children under 13.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share your login credentials, account access, course access, portal access, community access, or training materials with any other person.
Each purchase is for one user only unless we provide written approval for additional users.
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your account has been shared, transferred, misused, or accessed in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
The current purchase price for The Seminar Machine is $4,997, unless a different price is stated on the checkout page or agreed to in writing by us.
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We currently do not offer payment plans for this product unless expressly stated in writing.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the full purchase price and any applicable taxes or fees.
All purchases of The Seminar Machine are final. We do not offer refunds.
Because access to recorded training, written materials, portal content, and related intellectual property may be granted shortly after purchase, you understand and agree that no refunds will be provided after purchase, whether or not you access, use, complete, or implement the training.

If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, charged back, or otherwise not successfully processed, we may suspend or terminate your access to The Seminar Machine and any related materials, portals, communities, calls, or services.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid purchase, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback, provide relevant transaction records, terminate your access, and pursue any available remedies.
All content, materials, videos, recordings, frameworks, methods, scripts, templates, worksheets, documents, names, designs, text, graphics, logos, training materials, portal content, and related intellectual property provided by Best Days Labs LLC or The Seminar Machine are owned by Best Days Labs LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your own internal business or educational purposes during your access period.
You do not receive ownership of any intellectual property.
You may use and modify templates, scripts, worksheets, and similar materials provided through The Seminar Machine for your own business use.
You may not use our materials to train, coach, consult with, sell to, or provide services to other advisors, agents, professionals, recruits, downline teams, outside firms, or third parties.

The Seminar Machine may include weekly live Q&A calls. We may modify the schedule, format, platform, frequency, or availability of live calls from time to time.
Live Q&A calls may be recorded. By participating, you consent to being recorded and understand that recordings may be made available to other program participants.
We are not responsible if you are unable to attend a live call. Missed live calls do not entitle you to a refund, credit, extension, or other compensation.
We may deliver The Seminar Machine through third-party platforms, including Skool, Zoom, GoHighLevel, Stripe, or other providers.
Your use of third-party platforms may be subject to those providers’ terms, policies, and technical requirements. We are not responsible for outages, interruptions, errors, or actions of third-party platforms.
Testimonials, examples, case studies, and success stories reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees of results. Your results may differ materially from those described by other users or customers.
We may use testimonials, reviews, or feedback you provide only as permitted by applicable law and any separate permissions or releases you provide.
If you submit questions, comments, testimonials, feedback, suggestions, or other content to us, you grant us the right to use that content to respond to you, improve our products, operate our business, and, where permitted, market our products and services.
You are responsible for ensuring that anything you submit is accurate, lawful, and does not violate the rights of others.
Your use of our websites and products is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions.
Our websites, products, trainings, materials, portals, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, accuracy, completeness, reliability, performance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Best Days Labs LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, representatives, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, lost data, or business interruption.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our websites, products, trainings, materials, portals, or services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for The Seminar Machine.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Best Days Labs LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, representatives, service providers, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of our websites, products, trainings, materials, portals, or services; your violation of these Terms & Conditions; your violation of applicable law; or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our websites, products, portals, communities, calls, or materials at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions, misused our materials, failed to pay, initiated an improper payment dispute, shared access, infringed our intellectual property, or engaged in unlawful or disruptive conduct.
Termination does not entitle you to a refund.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, our websites, The Seminar Machine, any purchase, any communication, or any relationship between you and Best Days Labs LLC shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Louisiana, except where prohibited by law.
The arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis. You and Best Days Labs LLC waive the right to bring or participate in a class action, collective action, private attorney general action, or other representative proceeding to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking temporary or preliminary injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property, confidential information, account access, or other rights.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our websites or products after an update means you accept the revised Terms & Conditions.
